As approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission ,Shandong Guang Zheng Insurance Surveyors &Less Adjusters Co.,Ltd.Offers the following survey and loss adjustment services:
1.Underwriting Survey and Loss Adjustment and Claims Survey and Loss Adjustment:
Underwriting Survey and Loss Adjustment covers two areas:(a)assessment of the current value of the insurable object,i.e.,to conduct survey,inspection and appraisal of the insurable object and make an assesment of its current value through scientific analysis,research and calculation,so as to determine value insured and sum insured;(b)assessment of the risks,i.e.,before underwriting,to conduct survey,appraisal,analysis ,forecast and detemination of the risks attached to the insurable object,so as to arrive at a scientific judgement of the nature,condition,degree of risk and limit of liability.
Claims survey and loss adjustment mainly includes:
(1)Site Survey,i.e.,to find out the cause of the incident,so as to determine whether any facter f excluded liability was involved and whether any third party liability had occurred;to sort and count the undamaged property on the spot and determine the relation between the insured object and the damaged porperty;and to quantify the damage;
(2)Loss Adjustment,i.e.,to determine the exent of loss of the insured porperty and to decide if the loss is of a total nature or repairable,and if the cost of repair exceeds the actual value of the affected proferty in the later case;
(3)Report Submission,i.e.,upon completion of the preliminary investigation,to submit a report to the insurance company,keep contact with the insurance company and coordinate with the insured before conclusion of the case,and upon final conclusion of the case,submit the final report that gives a clear account of the time of occurrence and circumstances of the incident,cause of the loss,claims statement,adjustment and determination of loss,indemnity proposal and subrogation.
2.Participation in Disaster and Damage Prevention:
